Pay in installments:

“Pay by installments” is a credit product, so you will need to make payment to Klarna directly. If Klarna is unable to collect the payment on the scheduled payment date, Klarna will make a new automatic collection attempt seven days later. If this next payment attempt fails, Klarna will make a final collection attempt seven days later.

They may continue to attempt to collect past due and current payments at later dates, or bill you separately for the full amount outstanding. Klarna may also refer any debt to a collection agency to collect the debt on Klarna’s behalf.

Also, if the debt is ever referred to a debt collection agency, Klarna will share this information with the credit rating agencies. If you have not received your order, please contact Redbubble to check the status of your order and delivery. You can also contact Klarna customer service to postpone the payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while your order arrives.

What happens if I cancel or return my order or part of it?

As soon as Redbubble has confirmed with Klarna that your cancellation/refund has been accepted, Klarna will cancel or adjust any future scheduled payments and refund any amounts paid to the debit or credit card originally used. You will be able to see the return in the Klarna app immediately.

I have asked for my money back. How will I get my money back?

The refund will be made to the debit or credit card originally used at the time of payment.

I have not received any email with payment/invoice information.
