5. PRODUCT INFORMATION. PRICES
1- Product Information
BOLORI pays great attention to the information regarding the essential characteristics of the products by means of its own technical descriptions and others coming from its partner companies and manufacturers, and photographs illustrating the products. All this is done within the limits of technology and respecting the best market standards.
The availability shown on the Web is approximate and provisional. Actual availability will be confirmed by e-mail. If any of the products are not available at that time and you are informed that there is an order for any of the products or components, which are not manufactured by BOLORI, the delivery date will be approximate, not depending on the accuracy of BOLORI’s delivery date, exempting BOLORI from any liability for delays in the expected delivery.
2- Pricing Information
The sales prices are those indicated on www.bolori.es at any given time or by e-mails sent to the addressee. These prices are shown in euros.
The shipping service charges are borne by the User and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be informed of these costs and applicable VAT according to current regulations before confirming the order and finalizing the contracting process. BOLORI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Prices and offers submitted on www.bolori.es or via e-mails sent from the domain www.bolori.es will be valid for 20 days from the date of sending. After the deadline, prices may vary, requiring confirmation of the same to formalize the order.
3- Fees and Taxes.
The sales prices indicated on www.bolori.es are shown in euros. They do not include delivery costs, nor Paypal payment management fees in the case of using this gateway. These costs and taxes are borne by the User and will be added to the total price of the selected products, if applicable. You will be informed of these charges before confirming the order and finalizing the purchase process.
4- Shipping. Shipping costs.
Delivery costs depend on the weight of the product, its dimensions, as well as the destination. The products are delivered directly to the home or delivery address indicated by the customer by means of transportation agencies.
After receiving the notification of purchase from the web or in your case after message to our contact email we will issue the final price of the transport to the country of destination that the customer has communicated to us.
Approximate time may vary according to destination.
We do not accept any responsibility for delays, duties or customs taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Customers from outside the European Union should check with their customs office to verify their responsibility.
Please note that the shipping price does not cover any import taxes that may apply in the destination country.
By confirming a purchase, you agree to accept responsibility for all Custom Charges incurred.
We remind you that we do not have any control over customs charges and cannot inform you about them, as it is based on each country’s own regulations and compliances. If you are concerned about charges for which you may be liable, check with your local customs office before proceeding with payment. All charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the order. We will not accept any returns due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to the sender.
Shipping times will depend on the destination, customs formalities if necessary and the shipping company. BOLORI. will provide the customer with the reference number and the name of the carrier by e-mail. The customer can access the shipping company’s website to track the shipment.
6.- PURCHASE PROCESS

To place an order it is necessary to connect to www.bolori.es, select the products with the options you are interested in, place them in the shopping cart and fill in the electronic form with your personal billing and shipping information. This order is not yet considered confirmed.
After registration you will receive one or more e-mails in response to your request, indicating detailed information, options, prices, availability of the requested products, shipping costs, applicable VAT, as well as payment method.
The customer will confirm his decision by e-mail after analyzing the information received and will proceed to the payment of the global amount or reservation, if applicable, to complete the purchase request process.
The order will only be confirmed if payment of the order or the amount indicated as a reservation in the case of unavailability is made through one of the payment methods offered and within 20 days from the first contact between BOLORI. and the customer. Once this period has elapsed, the customer must request confirmation of the purchase price from the company prior to placing the order.
In the event that any of the components that make up the desired product are not in stock, you may be required to pay a reservation fee to confirm the order request. When the product is available again, the customer will receive an email indicating that his order is ready to be shipped. From this moment on, you must proceed to pay the remaining amount, prior to the shipment of the same.

In those cases where an item is not available in stock, but there is a reasonable expectation of restocking in the near future, Bolori will indicate this situation on the corresponding product page, showing its availability in pre-order mode. The customer will be able to make the pre-order in order to reserve a unit of the next expected batch.
Bolori strives to keep all information regarding inventory status, delivery estimates and other relevant details associated with pre-ordered products up to date. However, such information is subject to change due to external factors beyond the company’s control, such as manufacturing lead times, performance of logistics operators, customs clearance or documentary requirements.
By making a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and accept your responsibility to regularly check our website for any updates to the scheduled dates or product specifications. The customer is also informed that orders placed in pre-order mode may not be cancelled after five (5) calendar days from the date of the order, except in those cases provided for by law.

BOLORI offers several solutions to proceed with the payment of your purchase:

The purchase is not considered completed until the payment is received in BOLORI’s accounts.
Payment by credit cardCredit card payment is made through the Redsys payment gateway, which is a virtual payment platform that accepts payments from credit and debit cards, thus acting as an intermediary between the buyer and the bank associated with an online store. Once you have registered your personal data and the chosen course you will be redirected to a secure Redsys server where you will be redirected to the data entered concerning the payment (card number, expiration dates, cardholder name and CVV) are never displayed or stored by us since the entire process is carried out on Redsys’ own servers , which are responsible for the payment process since it is on their servers where the payment transactions are carried out . Once the payment has been made, Redsys will give us an answer informing us if the payment has been authorized or not. Based on this answer you will receive a message confirming your registration or not.
PayPal You can make the payment of your purchase through the PayPal payment gateway.
If you choose this option to make the payment of your order, you will have to add to the amount of the purchase of the product the amount resulting from applying 4% of the product price, for payments made from Spain, and 4% for payments made from outside Spain. These fees correspond to the handling charges applied by Paypal for using its payment gateway.
To ensure the security of our processes, we may ask for your identification document. These documents must be provided in digital format (scanned, image, etc.) and sent to the following address, info@bolori.es.
This request will be made through telephone or e-mail contact from our Customer Service Department. If the requested documentation is not received within the indicated period, BOLORI. reserves the right to cancel the order unilaterally.
– Order processing and delivery.
The products are delivered in secure packaging. If external damage to the product packaging is detected, the customer must detail this fact on the receipt signed to the carrier and immediately contact Customer Information by e-mail info@bolori.es, leaving a record of the incident detected in the delivery, with photographic evidence if possible, before opening the packaging and once opened, in the event that it has been perceived that the product may be affected. Such communication of defects perceived in the delivery, must be communicated to BOLORI before 24 hours from the moment of delivery, in order to be entitled to claim by the customer.
If you are not at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the carrier will come by again on another attempt and/or will leave you a notice of the delivery with a telephone number where you can contact for a new delivery attempt. In the event that the goods are not received for any reason attributable to the customer or that the address provided by the customer is wrong, the costs incurred will be charged to the customer (returns, second delivery, etc.).
BOLORI reserves the right to cancel an order (prior notice to the customer) in cases where there is unavailability of stock after the order has been placed, due to system issues that have caused an error in the available stock count, payments denied or not yet made.
Bolori.es only supports payments made through the methods enabled within our official platform. Payments made through external channels, third party links or payment requests that do not come directly from the purchase process integrated into the website will not be considered valid under any circumstances. Any attempt to pay outside these means will be rejected, and Bolori.es will not assume any responsibility for losses, fraud or incidents arising from transactions made outside the authorized payment systems.
WARRANTY
The warranty period is three years for new products, not including reconditioned, unsealed or defective products, from the delivery of the product, although it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use or improper handling, incorrect installations, etc., or materials that are worn out by use.
BOLORI reserves the right to request an official technical service of the brand to verify the origin of the problem. In the event of a defect caused by a cause beyond its control, the repair will be billable. In those cases that justify the application of the warranty, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund will be chosen, according to the legally established terms.
Tampering with or modifying any external or internal component of any of the products voids the product warranty.
RETURNS
Unsatisfactory purchase – You have a period of 15 calendar days to proceed with the return of your purchase. To do so, you will have to contact BOLORI by e-mail at info@bolori.es stating your decision and asking how to proceed to pick up the goods.
Note: Never send the item to be returned to BOLORI without first contacting our Customer Service Department. info@bolori.es
Within 14 calendar days after receiving the product at BOLORI’s facilities and having verified the perfection of the product, you will receive all the payment made for the product minus the shipping costs of the product.
Pick-up and shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The amount to which these collection costs are equivalent, will be borne entirely by the customer in returns of unsatisfactory purchase of product even when it is not the same cost that was initially applied as delivery fees of the purchase.
Return Conditions:
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your invoice or order number.
2. Return with all components, accessories, instruction manuals and original packaging. If it is not possible to return the product in its original packaging, depreciation of the product may occur.
3. Return Period: Up to the 15th consecutive day, from the day on which the delivery is made.
Return Exceptions:
The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized and those orders that have been purchased to order due to lack of stock at the time of the purchase request.
Goods that have been used or installed with abusive wear and tear and/or have marks of use different from that inherent in their testing.

9.- DAMAGED PRODUCT
Return due to transport damage. The time limit to make a claim for damage to the goods shall be 24 hours from the date of delivery. Return Conditions:
1. Items with no obvious defects of misuse. The customer shall be liable if signs of use of the goods result from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
2. The components indicated in the communications with BOLORI will be returned.
Collection costs will be borne by the customer. BOLORI will assume the costs of the new shipment once repaired.
10.- REPAIRS
If you wish, we guarantee the collection of the article and the treatment of the entire repair process. A quotation and confirmation will be required from BOLORI. Such repairs due to improper use or failure to comply with claim deadlines shall be borne by the customer.

LIABILITY
BOLORI, does not guarantee the absence of viruses or similar elements in the electronic documents and files stored in your computer system and on its website, which could cause alterations of software and hardware for you as a user. The use of our website and its contents implies your acceptance of the above risks and, therefore, you exclude BOLORI from any liability for damages of any kind arising from the possible presence of viruses or other similar elements.
BOLORI will try with all the means at its disposal to guarantee the security of the information provided by the users. However, as is commonly known, security in the Internet environment cannot be guaranteed in its entirety, at any time.
12.- APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGISLATION.
These general conditions are governed by Spanish Law. Any controversy in relation to the web page www.bolori.es will be submitted to the Spanish Jurisdiction.
BOLORI customers have the possibility to return or exchange a product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, in compliance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which regulates the protection of consumers and users.
In order for the withdrawal to be valid, it must be formally notified within the stipulated period. Once this period has expired, it will not be possible to accept withdrawal requests.
The product must be sent properly packaged and with all its components before 14 calendar days have elapsed since the notification of the intention to withdraw. The deadline will be considered met if the shipment is made before its expiration.

You can use the model form included in the contact section. Alternatively, the withdrawal can be notified using the digital form available on our platform. Once the request has been received, BOLORI will confirm its receipt via email.
The customer will be responsible for managing and assuming the costs of the return shipment, in accordance with article 108.1 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Products manufactured to customer’s customized specifications.
Unsealed items whose return may pose a hygienic risk (e.g. underwear, socks).
Products which, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with others (such as fiber, aluminum or steel simulation components).
Items acquired through public auctions.
Products without their original packaging.
Goods that have been used or installed with signs of excessive wear and tear.
Items classified as reconditioned.
Any product damaged by improper use after delivery, in accordance with article 108.2 of the aforementioned Royal Decree.
In case you have selected a more expensive shipping option than the standard one, BOLORI will not reimburse the additional difference.
BOLORI does not make direct exchanges of products. If the customer wishes to purchase a different product, he/she must return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is confirmed.
Round-trip shipping costs will not be paid.
Upon receipt of the product and verification of its condition according to the criteria described above, BOLORI will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.
Partial returns will generate a refund proportional to the value of the returned products.
BOLORI undertakes to repair or replace items with manufacturing defects, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on consumers and users.
Any deviation from the product specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase is considered a manufacturing defect, provided it does not result from normal wear and tear.
The warranty will not cover products that:
Have not been purchased through the official BOLORI channel.
Are damaged due to negligent or improper use (contact with chemicals, fire, extreme temperatures, etc.).
Show signs of normal wear or have exceeded their useful life.
BOLORI will arrange for the collection of the defective products and will cover the transportation costs to its facilities, as long as the defect is covered by the warranty.
For purchases made before January 1, 2022, the warranty period will be 2 years. This period may be extended if the manufacturer offers longer coverage.
The customer must notify any defect within a maximum period of 2 months after becoming aware of it, detailing the nature of the fault, the time and the conditions in which it was detected.
If the repair or replacement is not feasible, BOLORI will refund the amount paid.
During the first two years after delivery of the product, it shall be presumed that the defect already existed upon receipt of the item. After this period, the customer must prove that the failure is attributable to a defect of origin.
At the end of the warranty period, the products sent for repair shall be returned freight prepaid by the customer. BOLORI may undertake the repair of out-of-warranty items, subject to prior quotation and acceptance of the costs by the customer.
The company reserves the right to verify whether the reported problem is due to a manufacturing defect or misuse of the product, and may request an authorized service report if deemed necessary.
Repairs or replacements will be made within a reasonable time, subject to the availability of parts and the nature of the damage. These times may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each case.
